it's related to my US citizen husband's mom's name which is not matching his birth certificate, he put his mom's name after marriage instead of her maiden name

Hello, has any of you encountered sending AOS packet with marriage certificate which has error of spouse -US citizen's mom's name? Did you received RFE due to it? Please give me advice if I should wait for the amended copy which would take 3-6 months from now or just send the unamended marriage certificate and wait for RFE? thank you!
