So if they ask you to list all the schools you attended, why is this college relevant? As you say, you didn't attend it!
I agree with the above, just put HSD.
well they didn't say to mention only schools where you got degrees/diplomas from, if the officer asks you what did you do after high school and you didn't mention registering to a college, someone might argue you are hiding information which is fraud right? i asked ChatGPT and it advised me to mention the college, trust me If i could be sure to not mention it that would be easier for me but i can't risk it

You are overthinking this. You graduated from High School, and you have no college transcript to prove that you attended there. I see no reason to worry. Go with "High School Diploma".
yes i know now that i should go with HSD, But what about the section where you list the schools you have attended, they ask you to Provide information on all educational institutions at a secondary level or above you have attended, And I just wanted to make sure if i should mention the college and the period i was registered there, even though i wasn't attending but i have prove of registering (college seal on the back of diploma), I guess i will list this college because when in doubt it is better to give more information than little, thanks for your time guys.

can i be a burden and ask one more question please just to make sure of my situation..., what if my high school diploma has a college seal on the back and I still have the subscription papers that was giving to me when i registered, these are proves that i was registered in college, i actually attended some courses in the first month but i have no prove of attendance and i didn't take any exams, should i still go with high school diploma and not list this college even though there is a college seal on the back of HSD? and I've got subscription papers? Thanks.
EDIT: and what about I chose "high school diploma" and still list this college and the period i was registered there? i just want to avoid any fraudulent suspicions!

After i finished high school, i registered in college but for whatever reasons I never attended any lessons nor past any exams, then next year i withdraw my high school diploma and dropoed out of college
now when filling DS-260 form on education section, what should i chose for the highest education level reached, is it high school diploma? and not have to list this college among the attended schools, or I have to say College with no degree? and list this college and state the period my diploma was there? i need to know ASAP Thanks.
What to say in this rare education case when filling DS-260 ?!
