Hi everyone,
I applied N400 early Oct 2024 with I-751 pending. It has no process yet. Only reuse of my biometric.
After checking the API Code about where is my N-400 application is. I figured out these codes: {
"data": {
"receipt_details": {
"form": "N-400",
"location": "xxx",
"milnatz": 0,
"onpt": 0,
"premproc": 0,
"receipt_date": "xx Oct 2024 00:00:00 GMT",
"receipt_number": "xxxxx",
"subtype": "160A"
}
},
"message": "Query was successful for payload {'receipt_number': 'xxx'}"
}
what does subtype 160A mean? I have no criminal record, no traffic ticket, no DUI and clean record.
Also I found that some websites show that the 160A is "humanitarian parole". Link: https://www.askalawyeroncall.com/immigration-law/ralxv-filed-n-400-recently-uscis-api-in-json-shows.html
After checking on Reddit about the 160A, they said 160A is "refused admission into the Untied States"??? Link: https://www.reddit.com/r/immigration/comments/1eluvpw/border_refusal_i160a/
Anyone please helps me explain what does subtype 160A mean? I'm very confused!
