    Oh yikes. I had no idea.. I have only had work for the past 1 year and half. I think I can still file late? Very minimal income, too.

    I have kept a US bank account, but have not filed taxes in the US. I forgot to mention, I only wanted to visit my parents and sister. It looks like I cannot return with my GC. If I file for abandoment, would it increase my chances of getting approved for a tourist visa? I am from the Philippines.

    I have a 10-year green card, but I left the U.S. in 2014, and it expired in 2018. I didn’t file any extension. I’m now planning to return - will I be allowed entry? Also, I got married and had children outside the U.S., will that affect my chances? My immediate family lives in the US (mom, dad, and sister.)
