    Thank you for the quick response. One clarification for the past 7 years I haven't been pulled over at all.

    : Twelve years ago, I brought nuts but forgot to declare them on the customs form. Later, the officer mentioned that I should have declared them. She gave me a verbal warning and told me not to do it again. I did not pay fine or written notice either. For the next five years, every time I crossed the border, I was pulled over and checked. I am now applying for the N-400. Do I need to report this in my N-400 application? If I have to, which section should I report this incident in? .
