Did you call them or you listened it to your automated msg 'Case Complete'? My automated msg is saying 'we receive ......' But after seeing your post I am trying to reach an operator to see if mine got approved too or not ...

I just paid my IV bill online too. I noticed in your time line that they have accepted your I-864. I sent mine almost two weeks ago. But never heard anything in the automated message. Did your automated message tells it or you called them to verify it? (Acceptence of I-864)

Date they received DS-230.

Is there any way to figure if they have accepted my I864? It's been a week since it was delivered but they never updated it in their automated system.What message did you guys hear after they accpeted yours?

I just received the DS-230 from my spouse. She typed 05-2008 (instead of "Present") for both current resident and employment. Can it be a possible cause for RFE?

Oh, Another question:

What did you guys write on Q 20 (Form DS-230)? Do we need to put the full address? It only asked for City or Town.

I know this are so silly questions. But I am just desperately trying to avoid any RFE.

Did you send any cover letter with your DS-230 application? I did send one for I-864 describing the list of documents that I am sending. But not sure if it is also necessary for DS-230.

This is a great document. Thanks for doing it.

But I think the time line is misleading and can create false hope. It can take month for NVC to assign a case number. It can take them few weeks before generating DS-3032. It can even take couple weeks just to accept DS-3032 (even by email)

Your case is moving real fast and I am happy for you.

We can save some time by using online payment. But everything remains the same. Some are real fast some will take months.

I hope and pray that everyone will pass NVC real quick.

I am trying to pay the IV bill online. The payment seems to go well but then I got the following email. (The Receipt looks Ok. with staus: IN PROCESS). What I am concern about is that, it says : PRINCIPAL APPLICANT NAME NOT FOUND in the email.

I looked at state dept's web page and they have specific instruction about how to get military record for Peru. Did you look at it?

I am from Bangladesh and I know every document they mentioned there about my country is actually obtainable. I know they did their homework because some of those documents are very Bangladesh specific (ex: Nikah nama for marriage certificate).

Just thought to mentioned it thinking that it might save you time. I know sometime they can be totally illogical also.

I am sending i-864 to NVC. I read on the VJ guide to write NVC Case number on all the documents (upper right corner). I did not and already closed the envelop. Is this a big deal. I am using the original cover letter from NVC (Online Payment). Please suggest if any one of you got RFE for not writing case number on each document. Is this going to be problem?
