  1. Yea, chaos for my name change stuff. The oath ceremony is next week, but not sure which last name will they put, plus will they provide me the N-662 along with the certificate.
  2. Yes, you are right, so that's the reason I would like to get my naturalization certificate now.
  3. Step-father's last name on my passport, driver license and other documents.
  4. Hi all, I have a situation that's maybe a little different than most folks' who have been in my place, which is my last name got changed but no legal documents to proof. I came to the U.S. using K2 visa on 2002. (as a minor). My mom remarried on the same year. (with my step-father) I got green card on 2003. (as a minor) My mom got her naturalization on 2006, and I was a minor at that time, so I automatically become US citizen and got my US passport. - I applied N-600 for the naturalization Certificate this year, waiting for the oath ceremony. - The problem is when I got my GC in 2003, the last name already shown my step-father's last name. My step-father said he just changed my name without submitting any name change documents to USCIS. And I did search my civil court for any court order of my name change, nothing came up. But till now, I don't have any legal documents to proof I have change my last name. I'm looking for some tips.
