    I am the applicant that my wife is the petitioner she changed her name after marriage to my last name and now we got an order fee that the person that is my sponsor is not the same as I guess the person that they're expecting. Anyone ever get this kind of rfe, I send them tons of documents I can't believe they would make this obvious error.

    I got this RFE I sent in i-864 and all the documents but the RFE is very vague asks me to do entire thing again any one for this before or think they lost it or I made a mistake ?

    We basically filled out adjustment of status and send them form i-864 we thought that we provided all the required supporting documents as well. They requested with a very vague rfe letter to fill out the form have it signed and send the supporting documents. Is there any way to know if we made a mistake when filling it out or if they simply just lost the entire form.

    We got an RFE for form i-864 is there any way to know if we made a mistake on the form or they simply lost it? Letter we got is extremely vague. I tried uploading it on here but they said that the file size exceeded. It basically says please fill out i-864, and send supporting documents it's very vague and doesn't say anything specific, anyone else got this or anyone else has any good insight?

    I came on a K1 now doing AOS i-485 part one so I need to see civil surgeon and do firm i-693 I did medical for my medical in Canada two months ago. Second part to question I chose not to get vaccinated and will apply for a religious waiver would that change the answer to the above question.

    Ok so we don't have to see civil surgeon or do i-693? Do you know if it's same for people that are choosing not to get vaccinated and will apply for a religious waiver ?

    What do you mean one month ? Can only do AOS within one month of medical done another country ? Please elaborate more as your answer is confusing to me

    I would like to hear from people that have applied for adjustment of status or other application form did you use n/a all way through or left things blank and did you get approved?

    For k1 I did medical in Canada but when doing AOS here now three months later I get conflicting information some people say i-693 is required and to see a civil surgeon others say that it is not. Could any one with in depth knowledge and experience weigh in on this.

    Any one been through the vaccine waiver for AOS due to religious exemption could you provide as much details as possible did you do form 1601? Did you write your own letter attached to it ?
