K1 interview date in Ghana

Any updates for K1 Visas at the US embassy in Ghana? My case has been "Ready" at the embassy since January 15. Waiting on K3 Packet instructions but already submitted DS160 (no way to pay as of yet). Wondering what the trends are at the embassy for K1 visas and if they're still being issued. Also, it doesn't seem like we can just reach out via the consular email shown above. It now routes you to this "Accra Answers" page that gives you the runaround. Not sure if anyone has been able to get through to a person with the Accra Answers system.
