  1. I appreciate the quick response from a fellow Texan! I do agree, that getting the my own place before my fiancé arrives is the best decision. Thank you for the info!
  2. Hello, I, the Petitioner, am currently staying with my brother's family. I'm planning on getting my own place before my fiancé arrives. Would it be best to move now before the DS-160 is submitted? Or if everything goes well, would I be able to change housing without any problem after the K-1 visa is issued? Thank you in advance!
  3. Sorry for not getting back to this sooner, I have updated and created a timeline. My fiancé is currently living in UAE but is from the Philippines.
  4. I had a question about the proof of relationship for the Beneficiary, I may not be able to visit my fiancé until the interview due to my vacation time structure depending on how quickly everything moves. We chat every day and call twice a day everyday, so we have plenty of chat/call logs and receipts from flowers and gifts for our anniversary and birthdays. I visited twice before submitting the I-129F, so I was wondering if it will be a problem or suspicious if we haven't met again physically until only a few days before the interview? Thank you in advance!
  5. Thank you for the quick answers everyone! This truly put my mind as ease for now, I'll continue on with gathering the required documents for the packet. Thank you!!
  6. I am filling out Beneficiary Address History in the i-129F and I am concerned that since my fiancé is living in UAE and has lived with friends or family in various apartments for the past 5 years, there is no formal paperwork or lease agreements that prove she lived at those locations. Will this be a problem when they try to verify her address history? Is there additional supporting documents I could add to the packet to show proof of residence, besides deliveries? Thank you in advance.
