that’s helpful and completely my fault, In my mind, all of the numbers needed documentation, so the EVL was for my current income as it is not the same as last year’s. The RFE asks for returns and supporting documents in the form of W2s, so I’ll lean toward 1040s with those W2s but I’m working on just getting in with an immigration attorney because at this point I’m clearly out of my depth.

Passport biographic page, tax return transcripts(last 3 years), W2s also last three years, employment verification letter. Thinking of including 6 months of pay stubs and 1040s for last three years also?

All of my income is W2 based and into 6 figures, so no joint sponsor or assets needed. I appreciate the insight! Would just hate to get denied for responding with the “wrong” form. The boilerplate RFE is so frustrating, I have NO idea where it went wrong!
