Hi all! Thanks for all your help! My fiancee just received her visa today. What i learned and i should have asked is that anyone who just recently got their MNL case no., i would recommend you guys to pay the doc fee ASAP because thats what took my fiancee so long to receive her visa. She paid the DV a week before the interview and she received the visa like almost a month after the interview!!! What a long wait and i hear people getting the visa within 2weeks??!!! Its best to pay the DV about a month before the interview. Anyways, I thank God she finally got it! Good luck to everyone else and God bless!

Hi guys what is the income requirement for filing i-129 fiance. i file the 134 Affidavit right? is there a link for this? thanks!
here is the link
http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_1327.html
I am researching this stuff myself and came across this info, this is from the dept of state website, and should answer your question:
Should K-1 fiancé(e) visa applicants use the I-864 or the I-134?
Since fiancé(e)s are nonimmigrant visa applicants, they should use the I-134. They will need to submit an I-864 to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) when they adjust status to conditional immigrant in the United States after they are married.
Do the same income requirements apply to all immigrant visa applicants even if they use the I-134?
No. The 125 percent minimum income requirement, the most recent year's tax return and other requirements only apply when an I-864 is needed. Applicants using the I-134 will need to show that their sponsor's income is 100 percent of federal poverty guidelines as required under Section 212(a)(4) of the INA.
so wait, I made the 100% minimum but when if i submit the I-864 to adjust status, i wont be able to meet the minimum requirement. Im confused!!! Does that mean they wont approve it by then when we get married! oh no!!

But what do they look for? 100% or 125% poverty level?? i live in Hawaii and i know its different for other states. Anyone know the minimum income requirements??

This could be a dumb question and I think this was answered before, but can my fiancee travel in the U.S. once she arrives here?? We are planning to visit friends and family up in the mainland. Thanks!

I hope and pray these CSC approvals keep on coming because being separated with the one you love is so hard. I bet you all can relate to that?!! This has to be the month for us all. This month also marks our one year anniversary since we met!

Hi guys, im new here!
My fiancee recently got her passport in the Philippines. I was wondering if that will affect our petition because I hear things like she has to get it after being approved and there are strict guidelines that we must follow? Will that affect our case? Our case is still pending. Thanks!
