Hi nicolas_hawaii,
At first, sorry for you getting RFE...
According to your VJ Timeline, you are June filer. Can I add you June Filers list?
It would be of some help for others, like thinking of chance to get RFE...
yoroshiku,
feel free to do it!
I am sorry i did not do it, because i thought the time-line were not for a "petty" thing as I751.
As I was misleading myself to think it would be just a simple step.
Note that we also just changed state (HI->TX) in the middle of the application, that might have raised a few flag???
Janai,

What were the requests in this RFE? Or was it a general type where they are asking for any additional evidence you want to submit?
It was a general one. Retrospectively, I read a few post here, and I see I was maybe 40% serious when preparing the packet compared to the initial 485/I131. I thought that it was only some kind of confirmation. I see that I was unprepared!!!
thanks for all advices I could read in all forums.

Guys,
I just received a RFE for my I-751.
The same, no house and no kid outside the box at that time!!!
When we sent the I-751, we were unaware of the little passenger.
I hope that a few echographie photos will make it clear.

Dear all,
I married a us citizen. I will have to send my package to chicago (so if I understood well the National Benefits Center, NBC).
I was wondering which office is taking care of my papers?
will it be the NBC, or the field office where I live?
I am asking because when looking at the timeframe from the USCIS website:
NBC
I-765 :: February 25, 2008
Honolulu, HI
I-765 :: September 11, 2007
and I need to work soon, so I am not too happy with the later date!!!!
So any clarification would be very nice!
thanks,
nico

Hi, I thought that if I would show my version it would be better and more polite,
and being helpful for future generation of applicants.
Funny version

I also do have a lot of little issues:

hello,
Does someone knows where I can find on internet a translation of the french birth certificate.
Usually I am not too bad at translation, but there are a lot of "par-devant nous blablabla"...
thanks,
