hi my wife came in october 2009 but after more than 100 days she still not receive GREEN CARD yet.

I call uscis but they telling me that her vis packet still not in a system so go to your local immigration office in newark.

When I go Newark that time they told me that they can't help and she don't have to come there and I have to call uscis.

So please advise what to do now.

and i don't receive yet 2008 IRS Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) document for Spouse.

so it is okay to send i-864 form without ITIN number

How long does it take the NVC to receive the approved I-130 petition?

We received the I-130 approval notice on Mar 13, 2009 but up to now, NVC hasn't received the said

petition yet.

look at my time line.

ON SEPT 11, 2008 MY CASE WAS APPROVE BUT AFTER APPROVEING MY CASE THEY CHECKING MY BACKGROUND. AFTER MORE THEN 190 DAYS THEY CHECKING EVERYTHING & I RECEIVE EMAIL THAT THEY REAFFRMING OF APPROVAL ABOUT MY CASE. SO NOW I HOPE THEY SEND MY CASE TO NVC.

My case was approve on september 11 2008. But nvc never receive my case so i called uscis and yesterday i receive letter from uscis that my approval was in error.

My case still not yet in nvc but i am planning to collect all document for i-864. Do i have to send bank letter with i-864 ?

I got approved on September 25th and they are still touching my case.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Or has it happened to anyone else?
