    Actually, I had submitted a credit card authorization form with a payment of $920, when the correct amount was only $750. USCIS ended up charging only $750 from that first form. That’s why I ended up being charged twice and receiving two receipt numbers. I just submitted a request to withdraw one of the applications through my USCIS online account, and I plan to call them on Monday to see what happens next

    Hello everyone, I need some advice. I sent my I-751 package with an incorrect payment, and after calling USCIS, they told me not to wait for a rejection but to send a new package with the correct payment. So that’s what I did. The issue is that they ended up accepting both applications and charged me twice. Now I have two receipt numbers for the same petition.

    I just called the immigration service, and they confirmed that I need to make a single payment of $750 FOR ME AND MY KIDS However, should I wait for them to return my PACKAGE before sending it back with the correct payment? Since this is the second rejection, I’m not sure if they will return the PACKAGE to me or if I should prepare a new one and send it directly!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR ADVICE!!

    HI Everyone? I’m a bit confused about the payment of 751 for the application. I first submitted my application with three separate payments (750 + 85 + 85) for me and my 2 kids 15 years and 17 years but it was rejected. The second time, I sent it with a single payment of 920 since I submitted just one application for all three of us, but I still haven’t received a response. Has anyone been in a similar situation?
