Hi maam im back again hehe , when you went for the K1 visa interview, did they not ask u maam for the foreign recognition of your divorce? Was the original divorce decree sufficient? Also, how about the CFO, ma'am did they not ask for the foreign recognition of divorce there either? Thank you! Let me know if you'd like it made more formal or casual.

Oh ok i got married in philippines and got divorced in the uk.

I would like to ask someone same situation , im divorced in the uk( my ex is british ) now i am in philippines, i havent file for recognition of divorce yet. My fiance is from US and we are goin to file a K1 visa. Does Uscis accept my divorce decree? Anyone here same situation. Thank you!
