Hi everyone,
We have an upcoming EB Green Card interview at the Montreal consulate. Our young child, a U.S. citizen, is not part of our application. We’re flying from the West Coast to Montreal for the interview and don’t have any family or friends in the area to watch him.
While hiring a sitter is an option, we’re hesitant to leave him with a stranger in a hotel room—especially since we wouldn’t have access to our phones during the interview to check in.
Has anyone been in a similar situation where their young child wasn’t included in the application? Were you allowed to bring them to the interview?
