    Hi all,I had my interview at London embassy in June, case went to AP, in July DS535 form was requested from me and my spouse separately and we did it. Now after 4 month, I got exactly same email again and am requested to fill DS form again and send the embassy - not my spouse. Would someone kindly guide me what is happening? Thank you

    That’s sad though but a reality. Thanks for the guidance everyone. Appreciate it. Lengthy AP? How much time do you think it takes normally for such cases - any precedence.

    I am not sure, what is the reason for AP. They didn’t mention that. It’s been more than 3 months. Will L1 application make sense or I should wait for my eb2?

    Hello everyone, I had my Eb2 niw interview at london embassy in June and case went to AP. I haven’t heard anything back. However, I have got a new position in my company internally and it is in US. The company wants to apply for my L1 visa. My question is having my green card application in AP will L1 visa application work? What are the chances it also goes into AP? Or not? Chances I will get L1? Will L1 application delay my already ongoing process? Or not? I am very confused and worried. Please guide me.

    Hello @AE5794 did you receive any response back since you submitted DS-5535 form? Any news/update? Did anyone else had similar experience and by when did you receive any update ( I hope positive).

    Kindly, can someone confirm - Do we have to use same DS260 form submitted to NVC at the time of DQ? Or we have to completely fill and submit a new DS260? I have received again same interview email from London embassy for the same date today as I have already booked medical and courier. Is it normal standard process or just me? please advise

    Is the UK police certificate valid for 2 years or we need a new police certificate ACRO for the interview. The certificate I submitted to UCSIC is now 15 months old.
