    If only one of your parents had Russian citizenship and you were not born in Russia, you do not qualify for Russian Citizenship. Russian citizenship law stipulates you qualify for Russian Citizenship if 1) you were born in Russia to at least one Russian Citizen 2) You were born outside of Russia to two Russian Citizens You definitely are a US Citizen Not sure about Ukraine

    Pirozhok, Was there any issue adding a foreigner who was not resident or even present in the US to your credit card? What documentation did you need? Thanks -PG
