  1. Your title is a bit misleading, you not only talked with the undercover officer, you accepted the offer and proceeded to finish it.. Then you call her a bitc* because you can't keep it in your pants?

You actually look a lot like her...

You need to understand that even the nice husband pictured wouldn't "keep it in his pences" if offered free o*** services; don't foul yourself to think the opposite

That undercovered cop was provokingly making aye contact with anyone walking neaerby inviting them to conversate and fall into the trap

Cops do a lot of these trics in minority areas of Queens just to put people in jail,

For a violation that in any other countries in the world leads max to a ticket, the US put people in jail

Its my understanding that a misdemanor disappears from background checks after 6 months: if I answer "no, never been arrested" I'm probably right as the criminal(!) Charges against me were dropped

Maybe because in the US we respect women.....could that be it?? You deserved what you got and so much more.

  2. Hi guys I’m new to this site and found this section. I initially got these messages and now just received this one. Can you guys help. What could it mean??

1st: The NVC has reviewed your packet of forms and found information missing or incomplete on your financial information. The NVC sent a checklist letter on.

Got that check list in the mail, and sent the evidence it requested.

2nd: "The NVC has received the checklist letter response on ..."

    Got this one last night

3rd: checked the automated system and got this one today. What does it mean?

“The NVC has reviewed your packet of forms and has found information missing or incomplete. The NVC mailed a letter on dec 1, 2008 listing the information that was missing or incomplete…….”

All that’s left is my ds 230 so do u think I got another “real” rfe or a fake rfe for the missing ds 230?

    thanks!

  3. Hello everyone,

I'm new to this group and immigration. My husband EWI'd in late 2000. We met 2001, and were married in 2002. We have 2 children, and life is pretty good except for the immigration problem we have. We are lucky enough to live in a state the is pro immigration, and there aren't many raids around here.

I filed I 130 in March, and already received my NOA1. I know about the bans, and the I 601 waiver. We will need an I 601 and we are going to cdj.

What are the adverage processing times for I 130 on this forum? The middle of May will be 2 months since I filed I 130. I heard it's around 4-6 months now for approvals.

I'm doing the immigration papers without a Lawyer due to expenses. I'm nervous about I 601; will I be able to accomplish this?
