    I’m wondering if you had landed, were inspected, and admitted as a K1 fiancé in Dublin Airport (Ireland) US pre-clearance on a connecting flight to the US, do you put Dublin as your Place and Date of Last Arrival into the United States in Part 1, no. 10 on your I-485 form? How would you fill this out in that field, since it also requires you to put a US state in the box and states that it is for admittance to the US? Has anyone had this experience? Dublin was on my I-94 too.

    The colour of the document, the person and the signature of that person certifying it, the date the certified copy of birth certificate was made (i.e. more recent as opposed to around when I was born). My original one was also a certified copy.

    I have my long form birth certificate in my I-129F, and all this was approved. For my embassy folder, I have a newer certified copy of my long form birth certificate which is slightly different to the one in my I-129F. Is this ok? Or does it need to be the exact same one as in my I-129F?

    On the I-134, does the statement from my petitioner’s employer on business stationary showing the date and nature of employment, salary paid, and whether position is temporary or permanent need to be signed in wet black ink and then scanned? At the moment the statement has been digitally signed. So that digital signature just looks like the HR person’s typed name in a larger font, with that same HR person’s email next to that digital signature, with the company logo behind it. Is this enough? Does the signature need to be signed by hand? The instructions don’t specify anything about the document being signed by hand in wet ink.

    Thank you! In I-134 instructions PDF it says under 'General Instructions': "Validity of Signatures. USCIS will consider a photocopied, faxed, or scanned copy of an original handwritten signature as valid for filing purposes. The photocopy, fax, or scan must be of the original document containing the handwritten ink signature."

    For the new I-134, it asks for assets. Since my fiancée earns above the minimum poverty level, does she still need to fill in the assets? I watched Suraj and Yasmin’s new I-134 video, but that part wasn’t clear. Can she just scan and send it for me to print, or does it need to be an original? Also, are scanned copies okay for other attachments like W-2s and tax transcripts?

    I’m the beneficiary (husband-to-be) currently at the DOS stage. I want to legally shorten my last name. At what point in (or after) the process can I do this? I’ve heard it’s possible to do this on the I-485 after marriage?
