I already recieved my NOA1 for my K1 application. but if i will change my mind and marry my fiancee in her country instead. Can I change my application without going back to all those process again? like passing another application?

i need help i in completing my affidavit of support forms if im trying to claim my fiancee from the philippines i heared that there is 2 forms to choose from. what is the right one and how to prepare for it?

Hello guys, got some questions here. My fiancee in the philippines has a record of getting her visa canceled by US immigration in san francisco. Here's the story. My fiancee and her sister came to US in a visitors visa. Here sister was denied to enter US due to immigration found out that my fiancee sister work in the US 6 months before she reenter again with a visitors visa. That was my fiancee first travel to US. They banned my fiancee sister for 5 years and they told my fiancee to withdraw her visa application and so there is a canceled stamp in my fiancee passport. My question is, is that a problem in getting my fiancee to come here is US so that we can get married. Please advice.

hey guys, i already pass my I-129F packet. now my next problem is the affidavit of support. i have some information about it but i stil can't get it. especially the one you try to figure out if i earn enough money a year to qualify the affidavit of support. so if you guys dont mind if u can give me a step by step tips on how to prepare the affidavit of support. i would realy appreciate it very much.

hello again evrybody..just wanna make sure re: my I-129F package. I supposed to mail in this week alreayd, but I wanna make sure; here are my questions

1. Do I have to put my name or sign on all the documents that i will send espicially the copies?

2. Then where can I put the word " Original Submission" and "I-129F" in the package. is it above the USCIS adress?

sorry....but I really dont know where. hehehe.. I can send my package already after you guys reply. I'm just being paranoid i guese...Thanks

by the way. i'm planning to use a folder...what folder you guys suggest that i can use?

guys, when I gather all my forms and all the attachments in the package do i have to put pages or appendex on the attachements or do i just leave it the way it is?
