For the first one the card was issued in error before 1 year in asylee status. After few month I received a NOIR and responded to it with the evidence that I’ve reached 1 year mark and let them know that I’ve submitted a new application. After reply, the status of my past application changed to Request of evidence received, we are working on your application again. And the new I-485 application I’ve sent got a different receipt number and I was called for fingerprints. What should I do?

I received my GC issued in error before completing 1 year in asylee status. I've received NOIR 6 month after applying for I-290 to revise the case which was dismissed. I am qualified now and completed 1 year as asylee. 1) How should I respond to NOIR? 2)Should I reapply right away for I-485 after replying to NOIR? Thank you. Need assitance asap.

Hello, I have an unusual situation. My Green Card has been approved, but I was granted asylum less than a year ago. What should I do?
