  1. Thank you for your advice I’m not thinking to use AI I’ve been checking that instructions from USCIS tho just some times kind a hard to understand correctly to me( I’m not native English speaker) so been searching other ppl’s blogs, translations and advices.
  2. Oh I didn’t know that. that sounds kind a doesn't make sense to me that USCIS can’t answer or give some legal advices to questions for the files they handling and checking. but that’s life lol appreciate for that information:)
  3. Thank you for your answer It helps me to understand about petitioner’s part n beneficiary’s. we working on each other’s part of I-129f we in a long distance and my petitioner can’t understand my mother language so I’m just trying to get done on my beneficiary’s information part and signature staff (he will correct and send the file when we all done) then I was confused and mixed things up in my head about petitioners part as my part. It was just saying “other information” after the beneficiary’s part so I thought that was asking about both of us. I would remind that I-129f is about petitioners mainly and after the application is need to file all of my documents and records for DS-160 and interview:)
  4. Thank you for your advice and yes I understand that AI answers is not official information. just one thing on my research, I found a Japanese lawyer’s page saying about criminal history. basically, civil litigation record is not included to criminal history for visa application. but it was only his page saying about court record (civil case) *I couldn’t find out other people talking about civil litigation cases . so I use AI one for example I’m waiting answers from U.S Embassy /Consulate in Japan (sent an email today) and I couldn’t wait until I get the answer it will takes few business days just wanted to know if anyone knows about similar case as mine as soon as possible like rn also I will ask to USCIS too :))
  5. Hi I’m working on my paperwork for I-129F and I’m Beneficiary(not native English speaker) here’s my question : Civil litigation record is include to criminal history? should I answer yes to the question [4.a Have you ever been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, convicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance in any country, excluding traffic violence ( unless a traffic violation was alcohol- or drug-related or involved a fine of $500 or more?)] and continue to 4.b these question from part3(page9 of form I-129F) then I need to add documents of my civil litigation record? *I have one civil litigation record (dismissed case) and this case was not about any criminals like police stuff. it was about delaying my payment to finance company. In my research on internet it says civil litigation record is not necessary for visa application. but I want to make sure if I need to add my court case or not. also I want to make our application goes clearly and smoothly . first picture is instruction of question 4.a and 4.b
