  1. Hi everyone, my brother was deported back in Jan. 2014. He was convicted of a aggravated felony for drug trafficking. he was detained by ICE for about 10 mnts and i had tried to vacate the case, (with no success) . my question now is, is there any way i can bring him back to the states? he is married and his wife is a USC with 2 USC kids. He was LPR since 1994. He applied for his citizenship back in 1999 and 2005 but failed the exam both times. When he as detained i hired a lawyer and wasted nearly $25K but at the end he was deported. SO what are his next options. Please guys if anyone out there knows anything about this please let me know thank you

  6. Hello All got a question my mom came to the states in '94 (greencard) she still lives in the states i wanted to file her n400 but the problem is that she has no knowledge abt the US and the English language is there a way i can apply her n400 n she can skip the test? she is 61 years old been in the states for 18 years

  7. I am assuming when you say no one else in the family, this includes your mom( his wife). you could just indicate ?decease", or N/A or Do Not KNow. My dad is also deceased and I momentarily had a brain free while filling out the application for my mom( remembered the year and month but not the day) I would have ended up writing "do not know" if I had not remembered. You dnt wanna put just any date in case somehow these data has been entered into their system, one way or another. so better be truthful and say you cant remember...

so i still have to put his name on one of the lines with unknown or n/a for dob ? correct?

also i just came to know that there is no marriage certs for my mom n dad, n now since he passed it its next to impossible to get a cert, what should i do for this?

  8. hey all, i m filling out this i130 for my mother but i m stuck on question # 17, list husband & all children of your relative, well here's the thing i have 1 bro n 1 sister which i already listed them since my dad has passed away do i still need to put his name on this? if so i dont even know his dob nor no else in the family knows his dob. please advise on how i should file this petition for my mom thanks
