Our case was sent to the department of state on June 17 but so far we haven’t received any email or case number from NVC yet. I checked the NVC website and they states that they are now working on cases that were received from USCIS on June 30, does it mean that our case got skipped or delayed? My fiancé also filed a public inquiry last week but so far no response.
We are same Our case was sent to the Department of State on June 17, but we have not received any updates. We should also send an inquiry too

@Turquoise Sorry for the delayed response... busy weekend. Once the status of your I-129F goes from "Approved" to "Case Has been Sent to The Department of State" you can make an inquiry with the NVC to see if they have input your petition and created a Department of State case number. With this case number you can track the status of your visa application and where it is (At NVC, In Transit, Ready at the Embassy, Approved, Issued, etc.). I would give it about 3-4 weeks after the status changes before you make an inquiry. You will ask if you have a case number yet, attach a scan of the I-129F approval notice to the inquiry and in the first inquiry I would have them verify they they have the correct email addresses for petitioner an beneficiary. Below is an edited version of the first inquiry Jaycel and I made to them:
Our I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancée, was recently approved (June 1, 2024) and we received our I-797 (NOA2) from USCIS and were notified that our case was sent to the Department of State. We haven't received any further communication via mail or email and we were hoping we could obtain our NVC Case Number in order to progress with our application. I have attached our I-797 (NOA2) to this request for your reference. Thank you for any help you could provide. Also requesting if you could verify that our email addresses are correct as listed below: Petitioner: Edward XXXXXXX Petitioner email: email@email.com Beneficiary: Jaycel XXXXXXX Beneficiary email: email@email.com Thank you.I send an inquiry for NVC still now not been updated for about 67 days today

Hello all
Our case was approved on April 10. It means it's been about 65 days with no updates. What should we do?

273 days. Finally approved last night.
I'm still so numb, it'll take a few days to realize that this part is finally behind us.
Congratulations 🎉 on any movement on June 28?

Well, as of today there's 1283 July applications left. The number of only July, not including June applications, they've skipped is 1275. Let's see what the next week will bring because logically they have to process more than those 8 otherwise I will be pretty sure they lost our applications.
Also, if any of you who has the subscription sees any movement please let us know 🙂🙏
Can you tell me about June please how many cases they skipped
