I am submitting I-130 for my mom to come to the USA. Online application asks me to submit a document with Name and Address in Native Language and I decided to write up that document. Do I also need to upload full English translation along with translators certificate?
Another topic- Application asks if beneficiary was ever in the USA and my mom was but not currently. after that question, application opens up other questions about Class of Admission. Paper form says to skip this question if beneficiary is not currently in USA, online for misses that note. Should I fill it out?
