I'm an Indian citizen who got their L1B visa in Canada a couple of years ago. I was a Canadian permanent resident at that time. Since then, I've given up my Canadian PR and currently have a tourist visa for Canada. I'd like to renew my L1B visa in Canada for logistical reasons. Are there any risks of doing that over renewing in India? Not sure if my travel history is required to answer this, but I visit Canada about once every two months, each trip lasting for 4 - 7 days, to visit friends.
