I submitted a petition for K1 and K2 for my Chinese citizen fiance and her daughter both residing in Canada on tourist visas. The daughter was born in China and had Chinese passport as does her mother. I filled the petition requesting interveiw in Canada. Petition was filed in August 1025. Since then Daughter has now received her Canadian citizenship and passport due to her father being Canadian citizen. Should i somehow file an "amendment " showing daughters new status ?

My fiance is from Hong Kong but is a legal resident of Canada and resides in Toronto. Will she have to return to Hong Cong for medical and interview ?

Hello my name is Rick and I.m from Pennsylvania. My fiance is Lingzhi and is from Hong Kong. She is a Legal Resident of Canada and also has a Tourest Visa to the USA. We are deciding which route to take to get married and reside in the USA. We could get married in Canada and i could stay there or she could stay with me in USA until her visa is approved.Or would we be better going the K-1 route ?
