Hi, my daughter, a US citizen, sponsored me for a green card. I live in South Africa, and my embassy appointment is in 3 weeks. My daughter couldn't sponsor my wife as we got married after my daughter's 18th birthday. My wife has a valid B1/B2 visa.
Later this year, can my wife and I enter the country together? We are planning on filing her I-130 together with I-485 when we arrive in the US.
Will she have a problem entering on her B1/B2 visa since I will be entering on an immigration visa?
