    Hi @appleblossomit's my spouse who petitioned me. I have already printed the brief summary of my SCR from my GP and have my ACRO PCC on hand plus two PCCs from my previous countries of residences. I'm trying to consolidate all documents as soon as possible.

    Got our I130 approval after 13 months. VSC transferred to Texas SCOP. Waiting for the NVC letter now. Will I be expecting letters in the mail or since we applied online, everything will be online processing? Hoping for the October filers' approval as wel!

    Thank you for your reply. Yes. We have filed for CR1 visa with PD October 20, 2024. Been residing in the UK for 7 years now and my police clearance from UAE and The Philippines are dated 2021.

    Hello everyone. I am preparing for my documents for the NVC stage. I have lived and worked in The UAE and The Philippines years ago. I am a UK citizen and has been residing in the UK for the last 8 years. I have visited The UAE and The Philippines on several occasions but only for short holidays. Can I submit previously issued police clearance from these countries and just submit a recent (valid) UK ACRO police clearance for the NVC stage requirements or should I secure a newly issued police certificates from my previous countries of residence? Please advise. Thank you.

    We filed 10/20/2024 online. Went to VSC. Praying for a smooth timeline for everyone.
