  1. Oh okay, so the evidence, I did reprint a brand new copy. Im hoping they wont ask for the old packet that i sent the first time, cause its already shredded unfortunately. Should’ve read it more carefully.
  2. I reprint everything and sent them a whole new packet. I shredded the old packet that were marked, didnt know you could reuse the old evidence. when you say evidence your talking about the packet correct?
  3. I received a rejection notice for my I-129F because two pages were missing; they were stuck at the back of the packet and I missed them. Instead of sliding those pages into the original filing and resending it, I printed an entirely new packet with a new check and passport photo and mailed that in without the green rejection notice. Will USCIS reject this new submission because I left out the notice, or is a complete re-prepared packet acceptable? I assumed the markings on the returned packet meant I had to start over, but now I’m worried I handled it the wrong way.
  4. Hi, I submitted my K1 Visa first week of May and received a rejection on my packet. Upon looking at the NOA I-797C Form. It states, "application not fulley completed. One or more following fields were not completed: Alien Fiance Family Name Alien Fiance DOB I was looking through the packet i submitted and realize it was missing 2 pages of Form I129-F. But as I looked through the packet even more, it was at the back of the packet. My question is does it really need to be in chronological order? I mean, yes its my mistake, not sure how it got in the back, I thought I doubled checked it. But are they really lazy to not check fully? Like if its delivered how it is, then they will just accept it as is? Curious if anyone has gone thru this situation, I thought it does not matter. It was only two pages that was out of placed for the form I129-F. They even time stamp everything so Im surprise they didnt caught it. Just curious if it happen to anyone? Kinda sucks I gotta resubmit it due to missing pages but its not missing its just placed at the back of the packet (I-129F).
  5. Sorry, what I meant is this "If I-129F got approved and she already entered on K-1 visa, she must remain in the US until she adjusts her status and gets GC." So just to clarify, if I-129F does get approve and she entered via K1-VISA and we get married within 90 days. She must stay in the US until she gets GC? Just to clarify.
  6. I will start filing a K1 Visa for my fiance in Philippines. She is currently in medical school at the moment. Wondering can she go back to Philippines to finish med school right after we get married here in the US? Or does she have to stay within US, for the time being until the status change? Cause our plan is to do civil wedding once she is approve to come here and marry within 90 days. Afterwards she will go back to finish med school while the process kicks in, since it will take awhile. If not, could my fiance provide proof that she is still in school? Hopefully this make sense.
