Ok, Thanks a lot. I am already aware that I can't adjust/file i485 from the EB2 as I stated earlier. I entered via B-2 and then i130. Going down the EB2 route is just my choice. All other questions about timing and so on are personal infor that I share only with my lawyers and honestly is completely irrelevant to my main ask. I hope you can let the matter rest now. Thanks for your concern anyways.

Oh no, Clearly I did not explain/understand well. I do know you are trying to help. I appreciate. Let me just simplify it. I am currently under i130, so I am not out of status but I adjusted it to i360 (which is pending approval by this year-hopefully) So, I recently learnt I could even still apply again for employment based (EB2)- I didn't know I could do this! because I did not know much about it or that I could do multiple applications!!. That was why I was asking whether I need to submit another i485. I have already gotten the answer that I do not need to submit any i485. You see why I wasn't so bothered about status now. I am seriously looking for technical assistance on the EB2 because I am now realizing that it's a serious/technical stuff. Pardon my absent mindedness as I am fully focused on this EB2. I heard if you get it right it's pretty fast.!! I would book an appointment with them lawyers and take it up from there. Thanks.

Well, Thank you everyone. Obviously, my explanation is still not understood but never mind all. I am not seeking assistance for status or no status. That is already taken care of, and response has been received already. I just wanted to know if I could change my NIW application from Risk Analyst to Risk Assessor and I have been answered already for that. Thanks all once again.

Sorry a bit busy today. "Adjustment of Status applicant (i130) – pending Form I-485 (previously B-2 visitor visa)." This is my current status which I believe I also shared in that previous thread. Maybe I was not understood. Or maybe I didn't explain it well. Presently I have double application running concurrently. Maybe that's what's causing the confusion. Please anymore ask. I have seen the timeline request just now and I don't think it was in the previous thread. I will attend to that later. But thanks all for the input. I am still open to more....

Oh, that is a different thread and I got response from different source. That has already been resolved by my lawyer back then, and USCIS did accept the i765 application and also has sent me a receipt notice. I wanted to know if I could apply for i765 under NIW and yes, I could and I did. Thanks. Please if there is any other question/concern, let me know. But for now, I am beseeching for insight iro the RFE.

Hi AppleBlossom, I have answered all the questions in the previous thread. Maybe you did not see it. This is my experience/job titles; Internal Control and Compliance Officer, AML(Financial Crime Expert), Third Party Risk Management Assessor. So, without doubt I have experience in the relevant field. I am needing some insight on how to restructure my proposal please. I was told by USCIS that if I could provide additional evidence in the 3 prongs, then may be my proposal would be approved.

I mentioned Fremont County and Wheat Ridge and also gave instances of the type of ransom attacks they faced. What I am proposing that is of National interest is Identifying and addressing potential security vulnerabilities, monitoring and investigating security incidents, and implementing robust security measures to defend against cyber threats. I engaged a lawyer that wasn't so helpful, so I got connected to a friend that already had an approved similar case to help out. Hi Appleblossom, I would check them out and see what they say. Hi All, Please I am needing any assistance/input as I received an RFE to my proposed endeavor as an Information Technology (IT) Security Analyst, which is really over whelming to me. My 3 work title experiences are as follows Internal Control and Compliance Officer, AML(Financial Crime Expert), Third Party Risk Management Assessor. USCIS wrote; "Your endeavor lacks specificity, it appears to shift between entrepreneurship and analyst. Your proposed endeavor involves a variety of divergent and unspecified services, in addition to operating your own business. You did not explain how you will divide your time between the various facets of your proposed endeavor. Without these details, you obfuscate the endeavor's prospective impact and prevent USCIS from determining whether it is of national importance." At some point, USCIS also wrote that "my work experience is not similar to my proposed endeavor, and you did not provide evidence of a record of success." Now my question is can I in response to the RFE change my proposed endeavor from IT Security Analyst to "Control and Risk Specialist"? Secondly, please can anyone help with the first issue? P.S My prosed endeavor is.... 2.0 MY PROPOSED ENDEAVOR. My proposed endeavor as an Information Technology (IT) Security Analyst will focus primarily on protecting organization systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. my previous EAD expired, and I have pending I140 and I360 cases. But I am seeing I need to pay seperately $715 + $300 (self-petitioner)? Is that correct please?

Hello All, Just yesterday I received back all my applications for I 140 with a rejection notice after waiting for 3months (it was delivered to USCIS on the 31st of October) for my receipt notice. I reside in US. Reason for the rejection was "The payment amount is incorrect". The amount on the cashier's check I put in was 715 dollars processing fee. Did I miss out any fees? like Biometrics? Not Sure! Has the fees change please? Please assist.

Please house, can I file for I-765 under I-140 EB2 NIW? I did not include form I-485 in my application. Do I need to wait till my I-140 is approved before I can file for I-765, or can I go ahead and file for I-485 concurrently just so I could file for my I-765? P.S I initially submitted form I-765 alongside my NIW application (though I did not put any Eligibility Category because I was not sure). USCIS rejected the form i-765 and said I should put the correct Eligibility Category and fees (I am also not sure of the right fee if any). I was also directed to form G-1055 for fee information, but I couldn't exactly pinpoint the right infor. Please assist, Sixt
