  2. Hey All,

I am new here (US citizen, born in US). My fiancee is in indonesia, and I am trying to finish up the package to submit for the I-129F Petition(K-1 Visa). The challenge that has come up for us is her signatures on the documents for the initial application. I have the following questions:

    (1) Does the form (g-325A and letter of intent) need to be the original signed copy, or can it be a photocopy?

    (2) If photocopies are ok for the initial submission, is it ok if the scan is not the best quality (still legible)?

    (3) Any general advice for overcoming this obstacle?

    Thanks!

    MrAB

hi there, regarding your questions.this is based on my experience only.

    (1) Does the form (g-325A and letter of intent) need to be the original signed copy, or can it be a photocopy?

Answer.. YES, iut shoudl be original one and not a photocopy. The date of her signature should be in a nearest date upon filling your petition. Have it 4 copies

    (2) If photocopies are ok for the initial submission, is it ok if the scan is not the best quality (still legible)?

AnswerL NO, it is important that the submision is original one, once you have already printed the 4 pages, you can make a copy of it, but make sure the signature is original one.

    3) well, i cannot answer at this time for your over coming obstacle.

  3. hmm .. seems like everybody's not the same afterall ... but still, CFO is required before getting out of the country anyways ... IF I were a first time applicant - married to a foreign national - and has the intention to get out of PH, there would be no reason for me not comply with the CFO. 2 cents :)

hi, i have just read your timeline, how was your medical and interview experienced? What laboratories you undergo? like blood test, urine test ? thanks

  5. Hi, I live here in Davao but I was born in General Santos City. My bf name forgiven suggested me to join on this site coz it may help me what to do to be able to get a corrected one and to get a clearer copy coz everytime I get my NSO BC it is not clear also and its not almost readable. My NSO BC has many descripancies like no entry of my place of birth, incorrect lastname of my father, incomplete year…that makes me worried since I am applying for a passport as well as getting a K1 visa soon..pls let me know where I should go first or what to do first and know how long would it take to get my NSO BC which is already a corrected one and be clearer and readable coz, this may cause problem soon and the US embassy might not accept it which may trigger in delaying in applying for a fiancée visa. Any help would be appreciated…
