Hello, my fiancé filled I-129F and all supporting docs for our K1 visa on Oct 18th, 2024 and we got RFE after 6 months waiting on April 18th, 2025.
The RFE told that my fiancé left some questions blank that didn't applicable to us. One of our big concerns about Criminal Records. He did DUI and Hit & Run case and got fine below USD 500 (Page 9, Part 3, Questions No. 4.a). My questions are:
1. Should we answer in RFE Letter questions since they try to explain to us about incomplete answers and it is written with a YES or NO?
2. Should we submit the proof of DUI and Hit & Run case fined below USD 500?
We really need answers about these.
