    Received another email today again "We have taken an action on your case. Sign in to your account to view your case status" and this time it's for real! I-130, Petition for Alien Relative - May 15, 2025 Case Approved

    I was excited today because I received an email from USCIS telling me "We have taken an action on your case. Sign in to your account to view your case status" The only update was the date, it previously states March 13, 2024 and it was now updated to May 14, 2025 but it still states Case Is Being Actively Reviewed. 😅

    Form I-130 received by USCIS on March 2, 2024. It still says case is still being actively reviewed as of today 1/4/2025.
