I don't know but I just got a notification that they are sending out RFE. Will the RFE have where the current processing location is or do they process all of them differently now and not by location? When I got the biometrics notification it was from NSC.

Well I just feel like other cases that were submitted around my time have been already approved. I am not sure why I would get a NOID but since most cases with K1 visa received around my time have long been approved. I was just trying to explore all theories and possibilities.

Howdy, I am waiting to hear back on an i-129f petition of Jan 13 receive date and I completed biometrics approximately >1 month ago. I submitted all previous court records, dispositions, discharge letters etc. Non-AWA violation as well as non-violent. Has anyone else had the same experience? Any idea as to why no response? Am I just waiting on NOID? Not sure why the delay as I submitted all proper evidence as well as bonafide relationship evidence as well. I have also visited my fiancee 3 times in the last 2 years. I also submitted a congressional inquiry last week and I haven't heard back from them either. Anyways if y'all have any insight or advice let me know. Like all of us on this forum, I just want to be with my fiancee is all. Thanks
