I passed my citizenship exam in November 2024 and received the naturalization approval letter that same month. However, my current status shows that I’m still placed in line for oath ceremony. I understand that the process might take longer with a name change, but is it normal for it to take this long? I’m curious about other’s experiences - how long did it take for you to get scheduled for your oath ceremony? unfortunately, we now have to cancel an international trip planned for March because of the uncertainty. Would love to hear your insights!
