Hello Everyone, Asking for a friend my friend (23F) came to california 6 months ago with her mom. The grandma petitioned the mom and from my understanding my friend was automatically added to the petition. The thing is my friend has a 1 yr old daughter that she left behind back home. She thought she was able to being her child with her because her mom said the 1 yr old has been added to petition. but comes the interview the kid does not have her own documents. so does she need to file her own I-130 for her kid? if yes, how long does it take?
