OK. I will join that thread. It says "NOA Date = The Receipt Date on your original NOA letter" Is this the date of the fee reciept/extension letter?

Thanks for the quick replies. I had a feeling it might take 6+ months. OK, we will wait patiently. My wife wants to travel to the Philippines next year, so her new green card should be here by then. Thanks.

My wife and I have been married about 3 years. My wife's 2-year conditional residence green card was set to expire on March, 2013.
We recieved a courtesy reminder letter in December, 2012 that told my wife to renew her green card no sooner than 90 days before the expiration date.
We sent a package to USCIS on February, 2013 that included a check for $590.00, a cover letter, a completed I-751 form, and evidence of the relationship (joint tax returns, joint checking account statements, photos of us together, etc.).
We recieved a receipt for the fees ($590.00) in February, 2013 that said my wife's conditional residence status is extended for a period of 1 year, and my wife completed her biometrics appointment in March, 2013.
My wife has not recieved her 10-year green card yet, and she is 3-months into her 1-year extension. We are thinking that we should write a followup letter or call USCIS to see when my wife might recieve her 10-year green card.
When I petitioned my stepdaughter, I received alot of help from Visa Journey members, so I am hoping for some advice here on my wife's green card renewal. Thanks. -

It did ask for the Case ID when I made the payment. I put in the MNL number. If the registration number is not the A-number, then the MNL number should be enough I suppose.
So far I have not received any letter from USCIS or any email from NVC as concerns Notice of Approval.

The fee was $165.00. Is this the correct amount? When I was looking into the fee about a month ago, I thought it was about $300.00. Was the fee amount changed recently?
For the A-number, I used the registration number on the visa. Is this the correct number to use?

Yes. It is an immigration visa. My stepdaughter will email me a scan of it once she gets it, and I will verify it is CR-2/IR-2 with I-551 stamp. Thanks for the help.

We checked the box on the DS-230 indicating that we wanted to apply for a social security card.
We will followup with SSA using the instrucions you gave when my stepdaughter arrives.
Glad to know that no new affidavit of support needs to be submitted and that the I-551 stamp will serve as proof of permanent residency.
So my stepdaughter does not need to interview with USCIS and do medical exam and biometrics for them once she gets here?

It appears the will be an application for admission at the port of entry to the US. Can this be filled out in advance, maybe a few days before boarding the airplane?

My stepdaughter recently completed her interview in the US Embassy in the Philippines.
The Embassy kept her passport, and gave her a letter to take to the NSO to request the NSO to send them a copy of her dad's death certificate.
The Embassy said the passport with the visa will be mailed to her within 3 weeks.

What do we need to do to get my stepdaughter's social security card and a green card once she gets here?
We requested that she be issued a social security card in the visa application. When/where/how will she get it?
When/where/how will she get her green card? Will a new affidavit of support be needed to be filed with USCIS, or will they use the affidavit of support we filed with NVC?

I will make sure my stepdaughter brings the following receipts with her to the interview:
Medical Examination Receipt from St. Lukes
IV Fee Payment Receipt (See email ”(2) NVC Receipts”)
AOS Fee Payment Receipt (See email ”(2) NVC Receipts”)
I will also make sure the new USCIS Immigrant Fee is paid after the immigrant visa package is received and before my stepdaughter boards the airplane.

The interview letter shows "FEE PAYMENT" as "$" ($ = Payment received.)

Are most/all of the interview officers bilingual?
Can my stepdaughter request a bilingual officer on the day of her interview, or must she do this a week or so before the interview?
