I got a 10 yr greencard. Do I need to fill out any form since I am moving to a different city? I am confused as far as change of address since I am not filing any application at the moment. Your thoughts are greatly appreciated. thanks guys.

actually my first NOA date jun 26 2006 after march 15 2007 i recieved same notice also notice said that same as like yours and i sent all paperworks again inculude new lease and new tax .

i have question did you recive duplicate notice like me ?

dont worry about it... if you sent everytthing already you're fine... that's what i received too... i think that's pretty much standard letter they send... i could be wrong but that was my experience.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! WE'RE JUST 2 WEEKS APART AND YOU GOT URS AHEAD OF ME! I HOPE I GET MINE SOON....

I had a similar situation. I started a new job and moved after I filed my petition. I just called the USCIS to change my address. They informed me since my application was already approved and I was able to get my mail from my previous address still, they informed me I didn't need to report my address change with them unless I wanted the NOA2 re-delivered to the new address, which will take about 1 month for them to resend. So they just gave me the number to the NVC to change my address with them since they are now handling the process. I called the NVC and changed my address with them. It was a quick and easy process. A week later I got a letter in the mail stating they have forward my application to the embassy for further process.

when you talked to USCIS for the change of address, did they ask any proof or documentation? my case was transferred to CSC and hoping that i get my GC before my move by end of may but worst case scenario i would probably have to request for change of address. did you just give your new address over the phone and that's it? let me know. thanks.

Notice date that it was transferred from NSC to CSC 3/27/08 with the same as the others that it's got Case Type: CRI89 approved removal of conditions
