  1. One more thing...

The historical averages don't take into account the new NVC ONLINE PAYMENT system which is shaving HUGE amounts of time off the overall process.

I would guess that with the new payment system, there is NO difference at all in time to completion between the two paths...

What do other people think about this?

whats NVC ONLINE PAYMENT system ??

i see people are talking about online payment system and they are having some problems.....what is all about?

  2. I just called the National Customer Service Center 1-800-375-5283 to ask about filling the CR-1 paperworks but I can go through to the operater...

caa you give me the instraction??? :crying:

My husband just called them and talked to the operater but she didnt know about CR-1 visa ...

    Whats wrong with them???

USCIS doesn't deal with "CR-1 paperwork". They deal with I-130 petitions. The Department of State knows about CR1 visas. I can't imagine any question you would have had that couldn't be answered here and probably already has been. If you insist on calling the misinformation line before filing, ask them about filing an I-130 for spouse.

Hi thanks for your reply..Ive been calling to National Customer Service Center but I cant through to anyone....how can I talk to a live operater??

  3. what is it you need to know, there are instructions here on site and you did alot of posts earlier and had your papers ready to mail, i doubt they could instruct or answer anything until they get your papers

well.... I wanted my husband to call them and find out about the difference between K-3 and CR-1 visa...he heard from his friend that K-3 visa is faster and cheeper so he called and tried to find out about it but they told him that there is no CR-1 visa and told him to aply for K-3visa....

  4. This person had probably sent the embassy a earlier email....and they had it on file, as they would mine since i have also sent the embassy mail

how did you send then your email address?? did you write on one of the paperworks u submit?

Your post is confusing. Have you sent your I-130 yet? If not, providing email address is optional. USCIS never emails regarding the petition.

    not yet....

  5. I don't think there is a spot on the I-130, but there is a spot on the I-129F. I guess if you really wanted to give them your e-mail, you can put it in the cover letter. But when you get your NOA1, you can put your email into USCIS's website to get updates and check your case online.

Im working on the CR-1 also ....whats I-129F??? when do you have to file it??

  6. Ya you put it on the paperwork, I had it on the contact area near address on I-130.

I think you already gave it to them and dont remember...that happened to me when my husband was calle dformt he embassy and im like...when did they get ur number?? It was all on the initial filing.

    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I havent had submited them yet!! Where on the I-130 do you put the email address???????
