Hi everyone, I’m filling out an N-600 for a child from Egypt and I’m confused about the name section. He has 6 names total, and under Egyptian naming convention they’re not really “middle names” in the Western sense. The issue is that his name is shortened differently on different documents: Egyptian birth certificate = full name Egyptian passport = shortened green card = shortened differently Social Security card = shortened differently too So I’m not sure what the best way is to fill out the USCIS name fields. Can you just put first name + last name and leave the middle name blank? Or, if the person has multiple names, do you put everything that isn’t the first name or last name into the middle name field? I’m trying to figure out what people usually do in this situation, especially for N-600 or other USCIS forms, so it matches USCIS records and doesn’t cause problems later.

Removing the conditions, you would need to prove your marriage is real. Only after you are approved to get your conditions removed, you will receive a 10 year green card. From the date you receive it is when you can start counting 3 years to file for citizenship

when signing up on the nonimmigrant visa website, there is no option for k1visa. Also, in the email they said to register on the immigrant visa instead even though k1 is classified as nonimmigrant

I received a letter from the US embassy in Nairobi to complete ds160, affidavit of support forms & pay for the interview. I have completed the ds160 and Affidavit of support forms but i'm having trouble paying for the interview. When i created my account on https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ke/iv , and clicked "PAY VISA FEE", i have no option to do so. It only shows me the amount and not the bank account number and where to deposit the money. Do i first have to wait for an appointment slot to open to pay for the interview?
