Spouse's (U.S. Citizen) new last name or maiden name for AOS

Hi, me and my fiancé got married recently. She has taken my surname after marriage and that's mentioned on our marriage certificate as her new last name. My wife is a US citizen and is my sponsor for AOS. She hasn't updated any of her official government documents (US passport, SSN, etc) with the new name since we dont have much time to wait for the updated documents. Is it okay if we apply for AOS (wherever required) using her maiden name since all the supporting documents like her birth certificate, passport are still in her maiden name? or that's gonna be a problem? any help is appreciated since we are new to this while process. thanks
