    Priority Date is - June 20, 2001 Approval Date - is this the date of their interview or when they received their Visa? They received their Visa on February 15, 2024 Birthdate - December 19, 1991 and October 6, 1993

    Yes they were approved and in United States. My 2 siblings who are eligible for CSPA were left in the home origin and we found out they are eligible for CSPA. We dont know what is next step

    Yes sir or maam my parents got their greencard and they were included on the DS260

    My parents and relatives were recently approved for Greencard under F4 visa. Hence their children was not able to join and showing NOT APPLICABLE status or NOT AVAILABLE. After checking the CSPA calculator, it showed that all of us are eligible for immigration under CSPA calculator. How can we proceed on our case and who is the best department , is it NVC or USCIS?

    Hi just here for my cousin. She is very frustrated right now as she in scheduled to be interviewed on December 13. She is a dependent to her mother who is an applicant under F4 visa (sibling to sibling) she is not sure whether she will go for medical examination due to her age. will she be qualified to get a visa on her current age of 29 years old? priority date: May 2001 nvc approved : June 2020 interview : December 2024
