Yes,my advice, get married while she's here,file i-130 as soon as you get marriage certificate, she goes back after 3 month honeymoon i-130 should be approved 16 months after she's back in Japan Good luck with everything guys

Damn,she should've sent most of that money to you, no explanation needed only she's getting married but good luck with the future endeavor, I'd say get a trustworthy attorney to assist if you can,otherwise it may be a wait -
🙏🏾🙏🏾 2 weeks ago my uscis progress time-line said 1 week until a decision ,so I said I'm not going to look the next week, so 2 weeks later I said to myself let me look and now the progress timing says we're still reviewing your application 🤦🏾♂️ why did i look 😞🤔

I filed for wife from Ghana 2/5/2024 Got receipt for 2/8/2024 Progress started at 8 weeks, got to 1 week,turned into 11 months in Progress As of today my Progress reads 1 month until decision. What should I believe? 🤣
