    Hi everyone, I was just wondering what should I answer in Form I-485 Part 2 2. Are you applying for adjustment based on the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) section 245(i)? YES or NO? and what does it mean by Supplement A? Does it mean I need to file Supplement A too?

    I agree to that too because getting medical examination here is very expensive, why not just wait if they will ask or not. Thank you so much for the reply . Please post an update here about your case if possible. Thank you.

    I have a question since we have a little bit same situation or timeline, when you submitted your I-485 did you submit Form I-693? Or only the DS-3025 which is done in Philippines? are we gonna have problem on that like RFE? which will slow down thw process.

    I came here in the US by K1 Visa and then we got married and now we are applying for I-485 ( Green Card/AOS) and we got so confused. Do we need to submit Form I-693? Or Form 3025 is enough that I have from the Medical Examination done in Philippines since it is still Valid and will expired 1 year from now . Thank you in advance for the response.

    Hello, we are currently gathering the requirements for filing AOS . Can we use the same Affidavit of Support the one from the k1 visa or we need to create new one? And what is 797 Notice of Action referring to ?
