    We submitted our I-129F in early November but have not heard back. For our filing date, only 9 cases are left. Is there likely something wrong with the application? Should I expect an RFE? I know we cannot send an inquiry until late October but wondering if there is anything else we can do other than wait. Did not use a lawyer because the petitioner is a lawyer.
