    So, a decision can not be made again? Omg... Today i spoke with a uscis officer to make my first inquiry and she said that i will have a decision "before Jan 12" (120 days after my interview). I want to believe in her but idk. Merry Christmas!!

    Hello, i have a friend who had the same case as you. She filled her N400 in 2023 and her husband passed away in tbe middle of the process. When she went to her citizenship interview they removed the conditions of the residence and the officer denied her N400 because she was not longer elegible under 3 year rule. They send her a withdrawal in that time. Yesterday she filled again for naturalization interview.

    Hi! I submitted my recent income tax return in my n400 case because i was doing it thru marriage prior to the interview date. Also i printed it and showed it to the officer in case of emergency. Nothing had change with it but im waiting for a decision

    Hi everyone! I had a combo interview today. The officer make us first the removal conditions interview. He asked for us if we had any additional supporting documents, when and where we met, place of our weddind, my proposal, time together since we met until our wedding so... Everything went smooth. After that, he moved my husband to the waiting area and start my naturalization interview. The officer asked me where i learn english and with who am i practicing. Later, he asked me the civil questions, reading test and writing test, n400 form. Sadly, the officer told me a decision can not be made today but i passed, so i should wait

    Yes, you can fill it anytime. Why not? If you fill it through marriage (3 year rule), you need some evidences like joint filled taxes, bank accounts statement and insurance. In my case i added all the documents provided in my I-751 but you don't need to do that, this is me
