  1. thanks kc, the flow chart says US citizen receives a DS-3032 form as well. All I see in this forum is a bunch of hypocrites. I can't wish you well or otherwise, since I am on the same boat, but I wish you were more understanding and woul really help other couples instead of being so selfish and wrapped in their own little world. To all those fat bigot senior members; I hope I don't see on dateline or mistery unsolved, trying to find the foreign missing wife. I found couple of websites with lots of nice couples helping each other, and I am not coming back here, but I'd definitely spread the word about this forum.

  2. Please, could somebody help us?. To all the nice couples that are just waiting for an interview and already went through these DS-3032 forms, both parties receive one DS 3032? do both forms need to be returned or as long as the US citizen fills it out and return it is enough?

    Can we, ahead of time, tell the USCIS not to sent any DS-3032 form abroad?

    Is there any way to "choose the spouse as the agent" beforehand? before it's issued and sent abroad?

    Because it seems we have to wait until they sent the form, we fill the form and return it. Can the DS-3032 be sent concurrently with the I-130 application?

    G-28 form could be an option to avoid problems with the mail/postal service abroad??

    Thank you again

  3. It seems everybody talks about this form, but I still haven't found specifics about a scenario like mine. I have read that a copy of the DS-3032 goes to the spouse abroad and another copy to the US spouse. do both forms need to be sent back (whether it's email or regular mail)?

    or just the foreign spouse sends it back to Consulate or designated office? , if so ;

    what is the purpose of sending an extra copy to the spouse in the US??

    Living in a country where the mail service is not.. let's say reliable, is there any way to avoid receiving this DS-3032 at home (applicant's country) ,can it only be sent to the US spouse address instead???

    Is this the only document it's sent abroad, before I choose my agent, to receive documents at a US address?

    After choosing my agent, in this case spouse in the US, I am assuming all packets will be rerouted to the US address?

    Once I have chosen an agent, anything signed by me, and handled by the agent, needs to be sent back to the "Consulate abroad" from the US?

    I appreciate all your help and expertise.
